Noodoe EV, a global leader in EV charging technology, has announced the installation of 40 charging stations at a multi-unit dwelling, the Little Tokyo Lofts, in Little Tokyo. The area forms part of a historic national Japanese-American district located in the heart of Los Angeles. The announcement was made by company CEO Jennifer Chang. Physical installation of the system was completed by L.A. based Green Water and Power.
“We are pleased to bring Noodoe charging technology to an existing multi-unit dwelling in a neighborhood of national import,” says Chang. “Accelerating the world’s transition to electric vehicles by making charging stations easily accessible to those living in apartment buildings, condos, dormitories and cooperatives is a huge part of Noodoe’s mission.”
This year, Noodoe launched its “Residential Building EV Charging Solution” to encourage owners and developers to go electric. President Biden said he will sign an executive order mandating that 50% of all vehicles sold in the US be electric by 2030, up from just 2% today. The proposed rules amount to the most significant federal regulation on greenhouse gas emissions in US history and aim to cut the country’s annual carbon footprint by one-third by 2026.
Noodoe’s EV charging stations are easy to install and operate, even in older buildings. For example, the company’s Residential Charging Solution allows for centrally controlled revenue management, autonomous operation and tenant charging management options. Multi-location management enables the property management office to operate the residential charging service across multiple buildings. Smart energy management provides multi-unit dwellings with advanced energy “load management” to support the installation of 4X the number of charging stations without requiring costly electrical upgrades..
Adds Chang, “Noodoe wants millions of people living in multi-unit dwellings here in the US and around the world the opportunity to adopt EV charging right where they live. We believe our hassle-free installation process, autonomous operation and smart charging stations will attract environmentally conscious tenants while increasing occupancy rates and elevating property values.”
About Noodoe Inc.
To accelerate the world’s transition to electric vehicles, Noodoe provides the mission-critical network operating system, Noodoe EV OS, that runs the EV charging networks for their operators.
Noodoe EV OS is one of the most advanced cloud-based operating platforms today; it is a charging network’s “central brain” that runs all the charging stations across multiple locations and automates the entire operation of the EV charging network.
What makes Noodoe EV OS different is the core technology that empowers “extreme automation,” which enables the operators to achieve the lowest possible operating cost. Controlling and running all EV charging stations, Noodoe EV OS fully automates everything – 24/7 charging service delivery, automatic peak-hour price adjustment, automatic transaction billing, automatic payment processing, automatic bank transfer, automatic infrastructure diagnostics, and intelligent energy management. It’s so automated that the network operators practically can generate revenue automatically and continuously.
Noodoe provides products and services that are used in 110 countries worldwide.
