ITG Electronics, a leading manufacturer of magnetics and EMI filters, has introduced Design4Compliance (D4C), a platform designed to help engineers and developers predict component compliance early in the product design cycle.
Available through a dedicated microsite, D4Compliance.com, the solution provides real-time compliance insights intended to reduce risk, accelerate development timelines, and improve overall design confidence.
Design4Compliance was created to address a common challenge in electronics development: discovering compliance issues late in the design process, often resulting in costly redesigns and delayed product launches. By allowing for compliance analysis earlier in the workflow, D4C enables engineers to make informed decisions before entering lab testing.
“Design4Compliance represents a significant step forward in helping engineers move from reactive compliance correction to proactive compliance-driven design,” said Martin Kuo, Director of Future at ITG Electronics.
“Our goal is to provide engineering teams with practical, data-driven tools that improve efficiency and reduce development risk.”
The platform’s “Design For Compliance” Product Calculator allows users to input design parameters and receive real-time feedback and tailored, actionable suggestions.
This proactive approach helps engineering teams evaluate compliance feasibility earlier while optimizing designs for performance and regulatory success.
