W2 Energy Inc., a clean energy company (www.w2energy.com) has completed its production version of its high efficiency steam engine.
The SteamRay is a high efficiency rotary steam engine that can be scaled to a number of different sizes just by adding rotor modules. W2 Energy will begin marketing skid mounted SteamRay generator sets ranging from 10-100Kw. The systems are designed to take advantage of waste heat applications as well as low side steam applications. There is an abundance of heat and steam recovery applications in North America and the Steam Ray is perfect for these applications that are too small or difficult to use traditional turbines.
The SteamRay can utilize low side steam as low as 15 psi and still manage to create usable energy. Most commercial boilers used for heating schools, buildings etc. use steam ranging from 15-50 psi.
W2 Energy intends to market the product through its website which is presently being modified to integrate an e-commerce store as well as through its newly formed ecommerce sites on eBay and alibaba.com. The company is also considering distributorship through qualified entities.
The company will also market is its algae bioreactor, algae and algae oil and other products through these sites as well as they become available.
