mPhase Technologies to Exhibit Recent Advancements at 2009 NanoBusiness Conference

mPhase Technologies will be exhibiting recent advancements made in the development of its Smart NanoBattery technology this week at the NanoBusiness 2009 Conference at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL.

mPhase will have on display several elements of their Smart NanoBattery that are being developed in conjunction with the U.S. Army STTR program. The company earned a $750,000 grant through this program in September 2008. mPhase will also have on display prototype versions of its lithium reserve battery that will function in the AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight which is expected to be available for purchase in early 2010. This will be the first product that will make use of mPhase’s unique battery technology.

The NanoBusiness Conference exhibit area will be open from Tuesday, September 8 through Thursday, September 10. mPhase is a Silver Sponsor of the event and CEO Ron Durando is scheduled to deliver a presentation on Thursday about the evolution of its Smart NanoBattery and how the company is leveraging this advanced battery technology to create revenue from a consumer based product. His presentation, titled “Evolution of a Smart NanoBattery and The Road to Revenue,” will take place at 11:45 AM at the Chicago Hyatt Regency McCormick Place.
