ASG Launches New Cordless Screwdriver Solutions for the Assembly & Manufacturing Industry

The cordless brushless pistol grip torque driver and cordless brushless industrial angle nutrunner series are efficient and effective options for manufactures who require accurate and repeatable assemblies. With brushless motors and high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, these cordless screwdrivers are perfect for areas in which getting an air or electric power line to a tool is difficult or not possible.

The series offers:

•    Torque ranges covering a wide range of applications
o    Pistol Grip: 9-105 in-lb
o    Right Angle: 35-531 in-lb
•    Auto shut-off clutch which stops the bit from turning once target torque is reached
•    Brushless motors which generate less heat and require less maintenance
•    Usability on a shop floor or out in the field

There are also built-in protections against the following common failures:

•    Over Heat Protection (OHP)
•    Over Current Protection (OCP)
•    Stalling
•    Low Power

Each kit was created with ease of use in mind and contains all of the necessary accessories to hit the ground running. Included is the tool itself, charger, li-ion battery, suspension hook ring (right angle), adjusting wrench (right angle), torque ring assembly, socket extension (pistol grip) and waist hook.
