FIMC PARTNERS WITH ALLSTATE ROADSIDE SERVICES

Alliance Enables FIMC to Expand into the Automotive Aftermarket

FIMC, the company that brought the American Traveler Motor Club to financial institutions over three decades ago, is partnering with Allstate Roadside Services to provide unprecedented private label roadside assistance programs for automotive aftermarket service providers and retail chains. The partnership is great news for those companies with service bays looking to improve consumer loyalty, protect valuable customer relationships and increase sales with existing foot traffic.

FIMC’s turn-key solutions uniquely position its client’s brands to generate more business from repeat customers and increase their bottom line, simply by offering FIMC’s products to customers at point-of-sale. When towing for repair is required, Allstate Roadside Services automatically recommends transport of a customer’s vehicle to the nearest retailer they purchased from. During a successful pilot run, most retailers sold memberships at industry-competitive prices for a healthy profit margin. Others gave memberships away for free as added value for customers, knowing that it would ultimately bring that customer back to the service bay.

FIMC’s core services include face-to-face point-of-sale training, regulatory compliance, custom branded marketing collateral and fulfillment materials, web-based solutions and unrivaled customer service through its new alliance with Allstate. The insurance giant touts access to a network of more than 35,000 roadside service providers nationwide, available to offer 24-hour towing, battery boost, flat tire change, lock-out assistance and fuel delivery. Allstate supports 8.5 million customer service calls and nearly 2.5 million emergency roadside service dispatches annually to assist drivers in need.

“The alliance between FIMC and Allstate Roadside Services opens many new doors for us,” said D. Scott Libertore, CEO of FIMC. “Through this partnership we can branch out into the automotive aftermarket space, offering the high level of service and support that we are known for, and in turn, creating new revenue streams for Allstate and its clients.”

“This is truly a win-win arrangement for our two organizations,” said Anthony Royer, president of Allstate Roadside Services. “FIMC has long been a respected leader in the financial services industry, and with them on board, our clients will now be able to take advantage of FIMC’s products and services to effectively enhance their bottom line.”
