BorgWarner Morse TEC Japan has received a Honda Quality Performance Award for achieving zero defects and providing on-time delivery for a one-year period during 2005. BorgWarner was one of only four suppliers to receive the award, out of the 280 companies that supply Honda with vehicle components and systems.

BorgWarner Morse TEC is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of automotive chain systems and components for engine timing, automatic transmission and four-wheel drive applications. The BorgWarner Morse TEC operations in Nabari City and Aoyama produce timing chain for motorcycle engines manufactured at Honda’s facility in Hamamatsu, Japan, as well as Hy-Vo transmission chains, and engine timing components and systems including silent timing chains, sprockets, tensioners, and CVT chains.
