DNA Automotive, now a division of Super Group Supply Chain Partners, wins recognition at the Logistics Achiever Awards for outstanding supply chain innovation at DaimlerChrysler South Africa.

According to Super Group Supply Chain Partners’ head of marketing, Rod Stout, the company’s ability to track the progress of an order from warehouse to end-customer ensures greater control and the resulting benefits of visibility into each stage of the process has resulted in more effective supply chain optimisation. This has lead to service levels consistently above 90% as well as vastly improved parts delivery lead times and a major reduction in dealer queries.
